Procedures/testing Details
Our QC team inspects all incoming materials thoroughly before production. Strict guidelines are implemented throughout the production process and packaging of finished products are conducted to ensure defect-free products. Our mainly tester and instrument are belows: motor performance tester on production line; multi-tester of armature performance; roughness tester for measuring commutators' number of peaks and peak to valley; roundness tester for measuring commutators' roundness and deviation of bar to bar.
